Ideals is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the Marketing Design team's AI-assisted design orchestration. You will own the design system across landing pages, campaigns, and assets, directing AI-generated designs and ensuring brand consistency.

The role blends 60% design-system evolution with AI, and 40% new module design. You will collaborate with SEO, Product, and Marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing Design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial UI/UX experience and hands-on AI tooling exposure.
• Advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills with design systems.
• Experience researching user needs and converting insights into design.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-assisted UX prototypes and production-ready web pages.
• Maintain and evolve the design system across marketing assets.
• Write specs for developers and mentor peers.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve usability and brand consistency.
