Job summary

MUST Company is seeking a UX designer to shape AI-powered products with a focus on solving real user problems. You will explore multiple directions with AI tools, then select and refine the best design path, delivering complete flows for web and mobile.

You will work directly with founders and product leads, measuring impact post-launch and iterating with a reusable component library. Remote collaboration across time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• What you'll need for digital product design, with a portfolio showing problem solving.
• Strong UX fundamentals: user research, IA, interaction design, usability testing.
• Strong visual craft: typography, layout, color, states; not a template.
• Proficient in AI design and prototyping tools daily and know where to override them.
• Fluent in Figma, including components, auto-layout and prototyping.
• Track record delivering on time and raising problems proactively.
• Clear written English and ability to work remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Find UX problems by reviewing real user behaviour, sessions, questions, drop-offs.
• Turn each problem into a brief covering who it affects, costs, changes, and metrics.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, Figma AI, v0, Lovable) to explore directions, pick the best.
• Design complete flows including empty, loading, error, mobile and edge cases.
• Design AI-native experiences with trusted agent progress, approvals, confidence, control.
• Maintain a design system and brand language to avoid generic AI UI.
• Collaborate with engineers through release and ensure ships match designs.
• Deliver on committed dates and flag risks early.
• After release, measure results and report succinctly.
