Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong taste and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping production software (not just concepts or case studies).
• Strong ability to take complex, data-heavy workflows and make them feel simple.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Consertus’ digital products from research to engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design translates cleanly into their workflow.
• Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of capital program managers.
