Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a UX AI Designer within the Transformation Office to shape intuitive, human-centered AI experiences that support large-scale business transformation. You will translate Generative AI capabilities and agentic workflows into accessible, scalable interfaces across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field.
Seven years of related experience in user experience design, product design, digital experience strategy, or human-centered design.
Experience designing UX for Generative AI, conversational interfaces, copilots, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

Leads the user experience strategy and design direction for AI-enabled products and workflows.
Designs UX for Generative AI platforms, conversational AI tools, agentic AI systems, copilots, prompts, and related interfaces.
Collaborates with AI architects, engineers, product owners, business leaders, and end users to translate AI capabilities into practical, user-centered designs.
Develops user journeys, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and usability flows.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related field
