Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned engineering practitioner and advisor to deliver actionable insights to leading enterprises, helping them address priority issues with scalable strategies across Digital Thread, product development and engineering operating models.

You will support client projects across industries, drive cost and value analyses, and lead small teams while coaching colleagues. Travel up to 75% may be required, and you will contribute to sales origination and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting at a comparable level.
• 1 year of experience with new technologies (Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address issues related to engineering transformations.
• Lead small to medium teams (2–5) and coach others.
• Drive value analyses, should-cost modelling and product cost optimization.
• Contribute to client sales origination and thought leadership.
