You will work with Practice Directors and client teams to implement training programs, measure impact, and evolve offerings as technology reshapes the practice of law.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of learning and development at a law firm or legal department.
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design for professionals.
• Understanding of apprenticeship models and progression frameworks.
• Proven track record building programs others can run independently.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-native development for lawyers and legal professionals.
• Create curricula, workshops and programs to practice law with AI.
• Engage firm leaders to model desired behavior.
• Define success metrics and progression for AI competence.
• Develop the offerings and turn engagements into reusable assets.
• Join engagements with Practice Directors and account teams.
• Help shape Harvey's talent and learning strategy.
