Job summary

Harvey AI is seeking a Transformation Advisory Lead for Talent & Learning to shape how legal professionals develop in an AI-native environment. You will design development models and curricula that move beyond traditional apprenticeship, enabling lawyers to build judgment and mastery with AI-enabled tools.

You'll partner with Practice Directors and client teams to tailor engagements, measure outcomes, and evolve programs as technology and needs change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning and development at a law firm or legal department.
• Deep craft in adult learning and instructional design for expert professionals.
• Understanding of how lawyers develop: apprenticeship, judgment, and progression frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design how lawyers develop in an AI-native team and replace apprenticeship learning with deliberate programs.
• Design curricula, workshops and programs on practicing law with AI: fluency, judgment, verification, supervision and client conversations.
• Engage leaders to model and reward desired decisions within partnerships and GC teams.
• Define what good looks like and link AI competence to reviews and promotions.
• Make it stick by measuring capability before and after and renewing programs as tech evolves.
• Build the curricula, frameworks and diagnostics the Transformation Office uses and reuse them across engagements.
• Join Practice Directors and account teams in early client conversations.
