Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory with end-to-end transformation ownership.
- Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change management programs in enterprise settings.
- Exceptional executive presence; comfortable with senior partners and C-suite conversations.
- Strong program management instincts: own the plan, surface risks, drive to outcomes.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on the future of legal work.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Own transformation engagements end to end.
- Map workflows and identify high-value opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery and capture value.
- Build executive relationships and advise on operating model.
- Hand off with rigor to Customer Success Manager.
- Contribute learnings to Harvey's transformation playbooks.
