Harvey is seeking a Legal Innovation Partner to advise leading law firms and in-house teams on AI transformation and strategic implementation. You will translate generative AI capabilities into practical guidance, align senior legal and business leaders, and drive adoption across the profession.
You will lead workshops, publish analyses, and develop frameworks to support Harvey’s product strategy and community in the rapidly evolving field of legal AI.

- 7+ years of relevant experience across legal practice, legal innovation, or transformation.
- Strong point of view on AI transformation in legal organizations.
- Credibility with senior legal, innovation, and business leaders.
- A track record of putting legal innovation strategy into practice.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
