Job summary
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Transformation Project Engineer to drive law firm transformation and Generative AI adoption. You’ll gather requirements, map workflows, and build bespoke AI-enabled solutions using CoCounsel and other TR tools.
The role requires strong technical, legal understanding, and the ability to work with customers through pilots, training, and adoption. Hybrid work and a competitive total rewards program are available.
Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude and experience applying AI to workflow tuning.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in legal practice environments.
- Ability to gather requirements and map workflows to automated processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for AI-enabled legal workflows.
- Provide expert guidance on AI tools, prompting, integration, and product features.
- Create and optimize workflow maps to visualize processes and enable seamless automation.
- Design and deploy bespoke workflow solutions using Thomson Reuters AI technologies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot deployed solutions as products evolve.
- Communicate progress and risks to project stakeholders.
