Thomson Reuters Transformation Project Engineer supports law firm transformation and Generative AI adoption. You will gather customer requirements, understand legal practice nuances, build and test bespoke AI-enabled workflow solutions, pilot them, and help deliver training that drives adoption among Legal Professionals customers.

The base compensation range for eligible US locations is $74,200–$137,800 per year, with potential for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Legal training and/or law firm experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in legal practice, legal operations, knowledge management, consulting, or similar fields, with a focus on technology implementation and/or AI solutions.

Aufgaben

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and technical specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on the operation, use, prompting, application, and integration of AI technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. Be a product expert on CoCounsel Legal and other TR products
• Workflow Mapping: Help create detailed workflow maps to visualize and streamline processes, facilitating the integration of AI technologies.
• Develop and Deploy Custom Workflow Solutions: Design and implement bespoke workflow solutions primarily utilizing Thomson Reuters’ AI technologies
• Maintain Workflow Solutions: Ensure the ongoing functionality and optimization of deployed solutions, addressing technical issues and responding to product changes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration of solutions
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to project progress and outcomes
