Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, including at least one client-facing or end-user-facing role.
• Demonstrated technical writing ability with a sample available upon request.
• Ability to learn an unfamiliar system independently and document findings clearly.
• Experience or exposure to SQL or basic database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the calendar, agendas, and decision records for the technical team's recurring cadence.
• Build meeting agendas and maintain a current tracker of decisions, owners, and due dates.
• Screen escalated tickets and log them for routing using documented team competency data.
• Escalate unstaffed tickets to the Deputy CTO the same business day.
• Maintain the program's knowledge register: guides, runbooks, and defect lists.
