Job summary

Crowe LLP is seeking a staff-level project support and coordination professional to join our technology-enabled advisory and consulting teams in the United States. You will help manage projects, document requirements, and support Azure DevOps workflows while partnering with engineers and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a technical field, and strong skills in data manipulation and AI tool use.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with demonstrated aptitude; strong data manipulation skills.
Experience or exposure to AI tools and generative AI workflows is required.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects, schedule meetings, track milestones, and manage artifacts using Azure DevOps.
Document processes, resources, statuses, and communications for projects.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into technical specs and diagrams.
Support cross-functional communication, identify risks, and assist deployment activities.
Create demos, prototypes, and training materials for client presentations.
Provide hands-on technical support including low-code configuration and AI tooling.
