Job summary

Savantage Solutions, Inc. seeks an Altimate System Project Coordinator (Associate) to join its Altimate technical team supporting a government agency. This entry-level role focuses on organizing complex work, writing clearly, and using AI tools responsibly while learning towards Oracle APEX development.

The position manages the technical meeting cadence, screens tickets, maintains knowledge bases, and assists the Deputy CTO in building AI-powered search across program docs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of professional or internship experience, including client-facing or end-user roles.
• Demonstrated technical writing ability with clear, followable documentation.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and document findings in an organized way.
• Experience using generative AI tools for summarization, drafting, or research, with proper data handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the calendar, agendas, and decision records for the technical team's cadence.
• Build agendas and maintain a visible tracker of decisions, owners, and due dates.
• Screen escalated tickets and route them using competency data, escalate when unstaffed.
• Maintain knowledge registers and draft assets from resolved tickets for review.
• Assist in building AI-powered search over program docs while ensuring data compliance.
• Coordinate customer training, track attendance, and collect post-session summaries.
• Prepare monthly coverage and status reports for the Deputy CTO.
