Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Technical Product Owner in the HCP vertical to lead AI-powered capabilities across Lilly’s sales and marketing platforms. You will translate strategy into a visible product backlog and work with engineers, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.

You will guide AI/ML features, ensure secure, auditable designs, and maintain clear requirements while aligning with regulatory and quality standards. The role requires in‑office presence most of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT experience in product owner, business analyst, or technical integration/delivery role.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs, backlog items, or integration solutions.
• Understanding of integration technologies, data structures, and system interoperability.
• Experience with vendor or supplier management.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned HCP-vertical products.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the business on product performance and enhancement requests.
• Plan and coordinate release cycles in partnership with business owners and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with vendors to translate capabilities into strategic roadmaps.
• Deliver executive-ready updates on strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leaders.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency and accelerate results.
