Job summary

Lilly is seeking a highly capable AI/ML Product Owner to drive the strategy and delivery of AI/ML-powered solutions within the CMC Portfolio Analytics & Insights team. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, delivering high-impact AI/ML products that transform pharmaceutical processes.

Lead data product ownership, architect AI capabilities, and collaborate with IT to scale from MVP to enterprise-grade solutions while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years, Master’s with 9+ or Bachelor’s with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 8–10+ years’ experience building production data and AI/ML architectures.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling AI/ML-powered products from conception to adoption.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.

Responsibilities

• Own the CMC Operational Data Product end-to-end — definitions, data contracts, quality standards, lifecycle.
• Define and track data-product health KPIs and report on them.
• Design and build AI interactive layer on top of Data Hub and Power BI model.
• Turn technical AI/data work into compelling narratives for leadership.
