Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Sr. Advisor - AI/ML Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI/ML driven solutions that transform pharmaceutical processes and accelerate drug discovery.

You will bridge business needs and technical execution, partner with data engineers and IT to scale the Data Hub, define governance, and communicate complex architectures to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years, or Master’s with 9+ years, or Bachelor’s with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 8–10+ years building production data and AI/ML architectures.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own data product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery.
• Design AI/ML architecture and integrate with data hub and semantic model.
• Lead hands-on technical build of pipelines and models.
• Turn AI work into compelling narratives for executives.
• Partner with IT and Data engineering to scale production solutions.
