Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for the Clinical Results Lab portfolio to drive hands-on delivery, architecture, and roadmap execution. You will partner with engineers, Product Owners, and architects to design scalable, compliant data platforms and champion AI‑assisted engineering across the lab ecosystem.

Lead cross-functional teams, ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory alignment (GxP), and influence internal and external stakeholders to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of technology experience in related processes, tech, and UX.
• Experience leveraging AI in day-to-day engineering and delivery.
• Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve Clinical Results Lab data ingestion, transformation, integration, and management while guiding technology roadmap.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering to accelerate work and improve quality across the portfolio.
• Build integrations and data services using APIs and event-driven architectures with cross-functional partners.
• Provide hands-on problem-solving on data/technical issues and ensure quality, security, and data integrity.
• Ensure data solutions meet GxP, data integrity, security, and performance requirements.
• Serve as the core execution lead across the Clinical Results Lab team.
• Collaborate with leaders and vendors to deliver high-value solutions and harmonize efforts.
• Evolve platforms with data-driven insights to stay compliant and scalable.
