Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related technical field.
- 8+ years working in software engineering roles.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical lead, engineering manager, delivery lead, or senior program management role.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery execution while guiding the team and unblocking work.
- Guide AI-enabled products and platforms with architectural guidance.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX to scale delivery.
- Set objectives, scope and schedules and communicate priorities.
- Identify and resolve delivery blockers and risks.
- Partner with Operations to hand off delivered products post-deployment.
