Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, MIS, or related field.
• 7+ years delivering technical products or platforms with demonstrated product ownership.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Working fluency in SQL and/or Python to direct technical work credibly.
• Experience applying quality, compliance, and data governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership: lead the SSO/consumer login product roadmap end-to-end—prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• Translation: turn business and compliance requirements into technical direction, and technical constraints into business terms for collaborators.
• Integration: manage integration points across identity, consent, and downstream consumer systems.
• Trust and compliance: own data quality, Protect Lilly, and data usage compliance for the identity domain.
• Accountability: define product-level SLAs and KPIs and report on outcomes, not ticket volume.
• Stakeholder leadership: represent the identity & access domain to senior stakeholders as needed.
