Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced technology leader to serve as Associate Director for CMC Product Development within the Tech@Lilly organization. You will lead a global team delivering applications, platforms, and AI capabilities powering Lilly's scientific programs, partnering with researchers and leadership to shape strategy.

Based in Indianapolis with a hybrid model (three days onsite, two remote), you will drive architecture, governance, and delivery while managing budgets and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with multiple software development lifecycle phases.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, delivery, and operational management of CTI‑MD CMC Product Development platforms and AI capabilities.
• Partner with researchers and leaders to translate scientific demands into delivery priorities.
• Own portfolio governance, roadmap, and agile release planning across US and India teams.
• Ensure lifecycle compliance with Lilly Quality System (GxP, CSA, ALCOA+, SOX) and drive risk mitigation.
