Job summary

Appian is seeking a Technical Consultant for its Customer Success team. You’ll engage with clients post-sales to define, design, and implement software and AI solutions on the Appian platform, driving digital transformations and competitive differentiation.

You’ll work throughout the project lifecycle in an agile environment, building relational data models, integrating APIs, and applying retrieval augmented generation (RAG) with Appian’s AI tools.

Qualifications

• Define business processes with clients and gather requirements.
• Experience in agile development and team collaboration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and learning mindset.
• 1+ years of software development or technical consulting.
