Job summary

Appian is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join our Customer Success team. You will engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, leading projects and managing the full lifecycle to define, design, develop and implement custom software and AI solutions for commercial clients.

You will operate in an agile environment to understand customer processes, launch relational data models, develop APIs, mentor consultants, and collaborate with client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• BS/BA in Engineering, CS, IS, Math or related field.
• Willingness to travel; 20% or less annually to support customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage full lifecycle to implement custom software and AI solutions on Appian platform.
• Collaborate with client teams and Appian Architects/Technical Delivery Managers.
• Mentor consultants and guide post-sale implementations.
• Develop relational data models and APIs; drive integration using cloud services.
