Job summary

Appian is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Customer Success team. You will engage with customers post-sales to design, develop, and implement software solutions on the Appian platform.

You’ll work within an agile environment, shaping AI-enabled applications and integrating with multiple systems to transform client processes. You’ll collaborate with client teams, define business requirements, and help customers achieve digital transformation while promoting adoption of Appian’s AI tools

Qualifications

• Define business processes and gather functional and technical requirements.
• Experience in agile methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform.
• Define, design, develop and implement AI-enabled solutions and data models.
• Collaborate with client technical teams and business users throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive adoption by enabling customers to build their own process applications.
