JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Technical Project Manager III to lead complex technology projects within the Payments Technology Risk & Controls Group. You will guide cross-functional teams, leverage AI-enabled planning, manage risks, and ensure governance alignment to business goals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration with software, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program management experience in Technology Controls Execution or similar.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support PM workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with proper escalation and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement risk strategies.
• Use AI-assisted tools to draft plans, RAID logs, and status narratives with proper validation.
• Promote AI-assisted governance artifacts with human review and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with software development, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Evaluate technologies and vendor products for project implementation.
• Monitor progress and provide regular, transparent status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure validation of AI-assisted plans and escalate when uncertain.
