Job summary

FUSE is seeking a Technology & Operations Manager to support IT systems, AI enablement, and operational infrastructure across the organization. This fully remote position can be based anywhere in the United States.

The non-negotiable annual salary is $90,000 with robust benefits. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance & Operations, you will administer Salesforce and Google Workspace, manage AI-driven tools and workflows, and build internal systems that enable staff to work more effectively.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience with multiple workstreams.
Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong collaboration and vendor management skills.
Experience enabling AI workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

Maintain technology infrastructure and data integrity across platforms, including Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Slack.
Develop and deliver training for core technology platforms.
Administer Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for reporting and communications, including workflow automations.
Oversee relationships with technology vendors and software support.
Drive organization-wide adoption of new workflows, processes, and reporting.
