SupportFinity™ is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to develop automated financial systems and support strategic decisions using AI tools. This role focuses on collaborating with business leaders and optimizing workflows to enhance financial reporting. Ideal candidates have a degree in a quantitative discipline and 5-7+ years in top tech companies.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $170K - $210K, unlimited PTO, and numerous additional benefits that promote a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a top tier tech company.
• Proven track record in FP&A or Strategic Finance supporting Sales and Media teams.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a 'Finance Engineer' for business leaders, translating complex operational drivers into automated reporting metrics.
• Architect long-range forecasting models that simulate 'what-if' scenarios.
• Build and maintain code-based systems for financial reporting automation.
• Partner with Sales and Media teams to engineer go-to-market strategies.
