Qualifications

Familiarity with integrating software platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

Build, refine, and clean up tickets with well-scoped technical requirements for developers.
Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflows to solve business problems and drive adoption.
Interface with stakeholders across units to intake, vet, and prioritize requests.
Own the roadmap and backlog for the Business Systems team initiatives.
Quickly learn a wide range of software applications and assess AI opportunities.
Participate in sprint ceremonies to maintain visibility and progress.
