Job summary

BizTech Fusion is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect for AI-assisted software delivery. This remote USA role requires leading cloud-native architectures, enterprise-scale solutions, and Agile delivery.

The candidate should be proficient in AWS, microservices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled development tools across the SDLC. Strong communication and leadership are essential for guiding teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 18-20+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Software Engineer.
• U.S. Citizen (No Dual Citizenship).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience supporting government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading Agile development teams and enterprise software delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of enterprise-scale software solutions.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Agile development teams.
• Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Architect and implement Microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and modern application integrations.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
• Drive software quality through code reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Mentor development teams and promote continuous improvement.
