Job summary
Allied World is seeking a Tech Lead with insurance domain expertise to guide the design, development and delivery of enterprise solutions. The role drives AI-enabled practices across the SDLC, accelerates delivery, and ensures high quality engineering standards.
You will lead cross-functional teams, implement AI tools in the development lifecycle, and evaluate new technologies for business value. This role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support or IT Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory.
- Administration of Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM; familiarity with AD and identity management.
- Knowledge of VPNs, endpoint security, and MDM platforms.
- Experience with virtual desktops (AVD/W365) preferred.
- Okta administration experience preferred.
- Experience deploying/upgrading enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development and delivery of enterprise solutions.
- Promote AI-enabled engineering practices across the SDLC.
- Develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Build POCs and MVPs leveraging AI platforms.
- Evaluate new technologies and propose business-value use cases.
