Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager for the Energy industry in the United States. You will lead workforce transformation programs, design AI-enabled workforce solutions, and drive skills-driven talent strategies across hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention.

You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and Talent Intelligence platforms to model future workforce needs, guide clients, and shape operating models. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across integrated Talent functions including strategy and workforce planning.
• 3+ years of consulting designing workforce or change solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in the Energy industry.
• 1+ year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, and internal mobility.
• Integrate AI, automation, and new tech with human-centered workforce designs.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and analytics.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Create skills architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Collaborate with Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights.
• Travel as needed to serve client engagements.
