Job summary

Accenture seeks a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation efforts across talent functions. You will design skills-based strategies, leverage AI and LLMs, and influence organizational change with a focus on workforce readiness and future-ready operating models.

You will work across talent strategy, planning, learning, and governance, traveling as needed to deliver client outcomes and grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and organizational design.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions and talent marketplaces.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI over time.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives to sustain workforce innovations.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and client relationships.
