Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager in the Energy domain to lead workforce transformation efforts and design AI-enabled workforce solutions. You will shape work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future, leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Talent Intelligence platforms to deliver strategic recommendations and future-ready workforce solutions.
You will guide workforce readiness, skilling, and governance, collaborating with clients to implement SBO
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience across Talent functions including strategy, planning, intelligence and transformation.
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in workforce/talent solutions.
- Minimum of 1 year of energy industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
- Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention.
- Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence and talent analytics.
- Utilize Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate talent strategy development and organizational design.
