Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Manager to lead workforce transformation across talent functions and design AI-enabled workforce solutions. You will shape workforce strategy, skills-based practices, and talent intelligence to help clients reinvent how work gets done.
You will leverage Generative AI and talent platforms to analyze trends, develop strategic recommendations, and build future-ready operating models. Travel as needed is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Energy industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies across AI-enabled workforce models.
- Design innovative workforce and talent solutions for hiring, learning, planning, internal mobility, and retention.
- Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence and talent analytics.
