Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformations across talent functions. You will analyze AI-driven workforce trends, define strategic recommendations, and design future-ready solutions. The role requires cross-functional leadership and travel as needed.

You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and talent platforms to inform hiring, learning, planning, and internal mobility, shaping talent strategies for client organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
