Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant who can lead workforce transformation across talent functions. You will apply AI-enabled strategies to reshape how work, roles, and skills evolve in an AI-powered enterprise.

You will design and implement skills-based models, workforce planning, and talent solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility, and retention, leveraging Generative AI and Talent Intelligence platforms to deliver future-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Chemicals & Natural Resources industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that help clients redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence and talent analytics to inform business decisions.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and large language models to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI and sustain evolution over time.
• Support business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client relationships.
• Lead internal market research and knowledge-building initiatives.
