Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation across talent functions. You will design and implement AI-driven strategies that reshape how work is done, align skills with future needs, and leverage generative AI to deliver executive-level recommendations.

Role requires 8+ years in talent functions, 3+ years consulting, and experience with chemicals/resources or AI-enabled transformations. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years across Talent functions including strategy, planning, sourcing, and development.
• Minimum 3 years consulting experience in workforce, talent, or organizational change.
• Minimum 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies to redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and emerging technologies into workforce solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using labor market insights and analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions and talent marketplaces.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate insights and enable skills-driven strategies.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives to sustain workforce innovations.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership for the practice.
• Lead internal initiatives on market research, AI innovation, and capability building.
• Be ready to travel as needed.
