Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead workforce transformation across talent functions in an AI-enabled future. You will craft AI-driven workforce strategies, design skills-based solutions, and leverage market insights to guide clients through organizational change.

Role involves traveling as needed, deep expertise in workforce strategy, and experience applying generative AI and LLMs to workforce planning and talent development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy and Workforce Transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience delivering workforce solutions.
• Experience in Chemicals & Natural Resources industry is preferred.
• Experience preparing organizations for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design innovative workforce solutions across hiring, learning, planning, mobility and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and automation into operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights and talent analytics.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Design skills-based architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Utilize Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights.
• Shape readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology and culture.
• Drive change initiatives and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
