Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Talent & Workforce to lead future-state talent process and AI integration design for clients. You will embed AI into deliverables and your team’s ways of working, guiding strategic transformation across multiple talent domains.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in talent transformation or management consulting with a focus on talent transformation.
Experience designing future-state talent processes with AI and operating model changes.
Experience integrating AI to automate talent and workforce processes.
Experience delivering projects in at least one talent domain (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Skills Architecture, Talent Mobility, or AI-enabled talent delivery).

Responsibilities

Lead future-state talent process specification, AI integration design, operating model changes, and workforce adoption planning for assigned industry or functional areas.
Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; present recommendations to senior leadership; manage day-to-day client relationships.
Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments grounded in talent and workforce knowledge.
Facilitate design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops with cross-functional client teams.
Connect talent operating model design to future-state processes; replace job-based structures with skills-based deployment that aligns people and AI.
Define and structure data and AI strategy within Talent & Workforce; assess AI maturity and build business cases and roadmaps.
Embed AI Experience (AX) design principles into talent process specifications and human-agent handoffs.
Infuse Responsible AI into transformation roadmaps across talent acquisition, mobility, skills development, and workforce planning.
Enable continuous workforce planning using Accenture solutions like Talent Navigator to improve retention and productivity.
Build and maintain redesigned methods and playbooks for talent processes; contribute to proposals and go-to-market.
Coach junior practitioners on AI design principles and skills-based workforce approaches.
