Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Manager to lead workforce transformation initiatives across talent functions with a focus on AI-enabled strategies. The role emphasizes skills-based design, workforce intelligence, and executive recommendations for client engagements.

You will design and implement SBO approaches, integrate generative AI tools, and leverage talent platforms to drive strategic outcomes, organizational design, and capability building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills‑Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Energy industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI‑enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies to redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce and operating model solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, and talent analytics to inform decisions.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions, including skills architectures and career frameworks.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence and Skills Technology platforms to generate workforce insights and enable skills-driven strategies.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling to adopt AI over time.
• Support the creation of dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives enabling adoption of workforce and talent innovations.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client relationship support.
• Lead internal initiatives on market research, workforce trends, AI innovation, and capability building.
• Be ready to travel as needed.
