Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Talent & Workforce to lead future‑state talent processes and AI integration design for clients, embedding AI into client deliverables and the team’s ways of working.

You will run client discovery workshops, define workforce strategy, design operating models, enable data and AI strategies, and help organizations adopt new ways of working at scale using tools like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, TechWolf and Reejig.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent and workforce process excellence or management consulting with talent transformation.
• 1+ year designing future‑state talent processes with AI and operating model changes.
• 1+ year integrating AI in talent/workforce process design.
• 1+ year delivering projects in at least one talent domain (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Skills Architecture, Talent Mobility, Learning & Development).

Responsibilities

• Lead future‑state talent process specification and AI integration design.
• Run client discovery workshops and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change‑impact assessments in talent domains.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross‑functional client teams.
• Connect talent operating model design to future‑state processes, aligning people and AI.
• Define data and AI strategy within Talent & Workforce and build business cases and roadmaps.
• Embed AI Experience design principles into talent process specs.
• Infuse Responsible AI into transformation roadmaps across talent processes.
• Enable continuous workforce planning using Accenture solutions and data.
• Build redesign methods and contribute to playbooks; support BD and proposals.
