Qualifications

• 3+ years sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in fast-growth SaaS or agency environments.
• Demonstrated AI recruiting ops beyond ChatGPT with measurable outcomes.
• Proven history filling multiple roles with hard numbers.
• Near-shore availability for US hours and overlap.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end candidate screening and outreach using Zoom.
• Maintain outbound cadence 10–20 touches per role daily.
• Log activity in Gusto ATS and deliver funnel dashboards.
• Hit key KPIs: time-to-fill, SLA targets, and throughput.
• Pilot AI recruiting tools and measure ROI with qualified approvals.
