Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a hands-on Recruiting Operations Manager to architect and build an AI-enabled talent acquisition function. Your main qualification is expert-level experience deploying reliable AI workflows that deliver measurable results.

We have budget and support from our Digital Innovation Group with tools like Greenhouse ATS, Clay, LinkedIn Recruiter, Textio, and Criteria. The base salary range is $160k–$190k per year, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Hands-on delivery of AI-enabled recruiting workflows with measurable results.
• Production experience with conversational agents and trusted knowledge sources.
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, structured data, automation platforms and AI-assisted development.
• Strong recruiting operations, analytics, and change-management expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI architecture and delivery from design to deployment and adoption.
• Deploy conversational agents for requisition intake, guidance, scheduling, and updates.
• Own recruiting infrastructure, data quality, documentation, and vendor performance.
• Partner with Finance on workforce planning and track hiring metrics and AI impact.
• Enable teams by building practical AI capabilities and turning prototypes into workflows present in production.
• Establish testing, monitoring, access controls, data protection, accessibility, and fairness safeguards.
