Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a leader to own the roadmap for AI-enabled talent acquisition, from workflow design through prototyping, deployment, adoption and ongoing improvement.

You will deploy conversational AI agents for hiring teams and candidates, with human handoffs and secure actions, while managing recruiting infrastructure, analytics, and vendor performance to cut administrative work and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI-driven workflows used in practice.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, structured data and automation platforms.
