Job summary

Athene is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Credit Talent Acquisition team within Apollo’s Human Capital function. The role focuses on designing AI-assisted workflows, managing complex interview schedules and maintaining data integrity across candidate records in Workday.

You will build AI-driven communication with candidates, surface delays to recruiters, and help drive process improvements across multiple active searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of recruiting coordinations, HR operations or similar function.
• Hands-on comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) in a professional context.
• Strong written communication skills shape candidate impressions by every message they receive.
• Exceptional organizational instincts and ability to manage competing priorities across multiple searches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates across active searches, delivering timely communication reflecting the brand and culture.
• Build and manage AI-assisted candidate communication workflows from outreach to offer stage and refine them based on feedback.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across a high-volume, multi-stakeholder environment with recruiters, hiring managers and executives.
• Use and help test Apollo’s AI scheduling, feedback collection and screening tools, providing input to the HC Tech & Data team.
