Apollo.io in San Francisco is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own high-priority, complex searches across Engineering, Data Science, and Security. You will report to our Manager of Talent Acquisition and partner directly with engineering leaders.

This role emphasizes deliverables beyond the traditional search, improving sourcing strategies, building AI-enabled workflows, and shaping how we hire in a fast-growing AI company. Hybrid work in SF.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in a SaaS or AI company.
• Experience hiring Senior and Staff Engineers in competitive markets (SF Bay Area).
• Strong independent sourcing chops and ability to influence hiring managers with data.
• Hands-on AI workflows and familiarity with LLMs.
• Ability to lead hiring sprints and intake plans with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for senior and specialized R&D roles (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, ML/AI, Data Science, Security) from intake to accepted offer.
• Build intentional, multi-channel sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn.
• Adapt approach in real time based on market signals and funnel data.
• Calibrate pipelines with hiring managers early so the first slate lands.
