We are seeking a customer-focused team member who can handle inbound support, talk live with users, and relentlessly automate and improve systems to reduce workload while boosting customer success.

This role suits someone with 1–5 years of experience, a technology power user mindset, and a passion for helping customers.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in automating repetitive tasks and improving processes.
• Comfortable with using AI tools and explaining technical ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound customer support via email and calls, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Ensure excellent customer interactions, building trust and confidence in Tasklet.
• Maintain high-touch onboarding, training, and demos for customers.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering to fix issues and improve workflows.
• Build AI-augmented support workflows to automate common requests.
• Improve internal tooling and dashboards to boost efficiency.
• Create self-serve resources to reduce inbound volume and assist users.
