Job summary
Intuit is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst for Customer Success Modern Operations in Mountain View. You will tackle complex business problems, drive automation, and lead AI-enabled improvements across a two-sided professional network at scale.
You will engage senior leaders in a matrixed organization, translating strategy into prioritized initiatives while delivering delightful customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Adept at translating complex analysis into actionable business insights and communicating plans clearly.
- 5+ years of operations experience in a fast-moving technology or evolving supply chain environment.
- 2-3 years of top-tier management consulting experience preferred.
- Experience with Business Process Reengineering and SDLC phases.
- Understanding of operating systems and program portfolio delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers and partners to define long-term capabilities.
- Analyze complex problems and drive process automation, re-engineering and strategic analysis.
- Define detailed business requirements and incorporate end-user feedback into designs.
- Lead BPR initiatives and contribute to implementation and optimization of processes.
- Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to improve operations and efficiency.
