You will own recurring finance operations, including payouts and partner revenue, while shaping automated processes across Advisory Operations, Trading, Billing, and Post-Sales in a fast-growing environment.

This operator-first role emphasizes accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and faster triage to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investment banking, consulting, or a strategy/ops/finance role at a high-growth startup (banking/consulting background preferred).
• Advanced Excel is a hard requirement with complex calculations and pivot analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail with low tolerance for unexplained variances.
• Experience with AI-native workflows or building automated processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own core finance operations end to end (payouts, invoicing, collections, partner revenue).
• Automate manual, spreadsheet-driven steps with AI-powered workflows and controls.
• Be the point person for advisor/internal questions, collaborating to resolve root causes.
• Help build the function as an early hire, shaping role and team direction.
• Support strategic projects, pricing economics for advisor deals, vendor evaluations.
