Job summary

Savvy Wealth, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Client Associate to provide dedicated operational support to multiple advisors and deliver exceptional day-to-day client service in a fast-growing wealth management environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration with Product and Operations to shape the roadmap of Savvy's advisory services. This is a hybrid NYC-area position with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with an RI A or broker-dealer.
• High-energy, collaborative, ownership mentality with strong communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations and administrative support to Savvy wealth managers.
• Deliver exceptional client service and foster long-term relationships.
• Execute client tasks and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal procedures and advisor experience.
• Assist advisors with prospecting, onboarding, and account transfers.
• Support investment transactions and account billing & performance reporting.
• Collaborate with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals as needed.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce and ensure compliance with policies.
